Refund & Return Policy of The Chikan Factory

We are dedicated to providing you with the easiest and most pleasurable buying experience possible! Please review the terms and conditions listed below before completing a purchase. We are dedicated at thechikanfactory.com to offer you the best quality products and services. If the consumer receives wrong products (such as partial sets or incorrect styles), improper sizes (different from the size ordered), or manufacturing problems, the brand is responsible for handling returns and replacements.

The Chikan Factory wants you to be happy with your purchases. We expect a return of your order within 7 days after delivery of the order. You have seven days from the date of delivery to return any items that are undamaged, unused, unwashed, and still have their original tags on them. All returns happen via bank transfer which can take up to 15 working days. In case of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures. It will go through a rigorous quality inspection when we receive it, and if it passes, we will handle your request. Once the return or exchange has been sent to our warehouse, the refund process for your item will begin.

Point to be noted while returning any product:

  1. Please keep the products ready with invoices and tags.
  2. Remember to receive a receipt slip from the person who picked you up.
  3. To avoid any disputes later, please watch the brief video of the article before handing it to the pick-up guy.
  4. Whenever the sale goes online. COD orders and prepaid are available for replacement only.

Refunds (If Applicable)

We’ll send you an email to let you know that your return has been received and examined after it’s been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
