Shipping & Delivery Policy of The Chikan Factory
The Chikan Factory offers free shipping on all our products throughout India. Orders are typically shipped within 24-28 hours after the buyer places the order. Unusual circumstances, however, could cause delays that go over the allotted time. You can get in touch with us if there is a delay (i.e., the goods are not shipped within the anticipated time frame). We ship through reputable logistics providers to make sure the order gets to you quickly and in good condition. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
Shipping Partners
- Within India: The Chikan Factory offers free shipping on prepaid and COD orders.
- International Shipping: We calculate shipping costs based on the quantity of pieces you add to your cart. These costs will be shown on the checkout page based on the order.
Shipping & Delivery Time
- Dispatch Time: When you place an order, we normally ship out within 2-4 days, although for certain products, finishing and touch-up can take up to 6-7 days.
- Delivery Time: After dispatch, national orders are typically delivered in 5-7 working days, while international orders take 12–13 days to arrive. The delivery may take some time in the event of extraordinary circumstances, but we’ll keep you informed.
What if the Product is Received in Damaged Condition?
Kindly refuse the shipment and return it to the delivery person if you received the product damaged or tampered with, or if the packaging was tampered with before delivery.
